Procurement Analyst
Roers Companies is a national leader in multifamily real estate investment, development, construction, and property management. The Procurement Analyst is responsible for maximizing value through the management of national account programs and tracking rebate opportunities, partnering closely with various teams to ensure program alignment and utilization throughout the construction phases.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with multiple internal departments to achieve project and business metrics
Complete project closeout documentation for rebate programs which include but is not limited to, combining submittal information for collective project rebates
Support the implementation and management of national account programs across active and upcoming projects
Track and analyze rebate programs to forecast financial returns and identify cost-saving opportunities
Maintain accurate documentation of purchasing activities, contracts, and rebate submissions
Monitor account performance to ensure compliance with negotiated terms and maximize value for Roers Companies projects
Provide reporting and insights to project teams and leadership to inform decision-making and financial planning
Proactively identify opportunities to enhance purchasing processes and improve project efficiency
Stay informed on market trends, vendor relationships, and pricing structures to support competitive purchasing strategies
Assist in developing and refining purchasing tools, templates, and systems to improve consistency and transparency across projects
Uphold Roers Companies’ standards of quality, integrity, and collaboration in all purchasing-related activities
Perform other necessary functions as required or assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED required
Minimum 3 years of related experience in construction, estimating, and/or project coordination, preferable in multifamily construction or similar environment
Computer skills: Procore, Microsoft Word, Excel, One Note, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat
Must be organized, detail oriented and have good time management skills
Ability to work independently and on a team
Have current knowledge of materials, finishes, furnishings, and equipment, including industry standards for selection, procurement, and installation management of such items
Have strong client, project management, and time management skills
Exceptional communication skills and ability to interact with a wide range of people

Preferred
Bachelor's degree in business or construction management
Knowledge in Bluebeam and Procore
