Responsibilities

Support the business administration functions for the global expense budget system (GEM)
Conduct data validation controls across multiple scenarios and systems
Review and resolve hierarchy mapping discrepancies
Research variances and process pre and post allocated adjustments
Provide ad hoc end-user support for the expense budget system
Assist in system implementations and upgrades by documenting processes and supporting testing requirements
Identify, implement, and strengthen internal controls in new and existing processes
Continually seek opportunities for improvement through simplification, automation, and AI tools

Required

4+ years of relevant work experience
Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Effective oral and written communication skills
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Strong organizational skills with ability to shift seamlessly when priorities change
Ability to plan, prioritize, and multi-task

Preferred

Proficient in financial systems and tools (Oracle, Workday, Essbase, SmartView, etc.)
Experience with Alteryx and AI tools
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
