Leading and motivating cross-functional and cross-cultural teams
Possessing high level of stakeholder management skills with ability to think strategically while managing the tactical details
Qualification
Required
Background: Biological devices experience
10+ years in Medical Devices / Pharma / Bio
Preferred
Master's degree in Mechanical or Biological disciplines
Preferred areas of expertise: Manufacturing, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, PMP, Lean
