Responsibilities

Assist the event marketing team on end-to-end planning and execution of industry conferences, executive dinners, hosted experiences, and bespoke institutional events
Conduct market research to identify relevant industry events and networking opportunities
Perform post-event analysis including analyzing attendance, engagement, and pipeline impact to inform future event strategy and demonstrate ROI
Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment of field marketing efforts with overall marketing and business objectives

Required

Experience building structured event plans that clearly define objectives, audiences, timelines, budgets, and success metrics, ensuring events are tightly aligned with broader marketing and business goals
Strong operational knowledge of industry conferences and trade shows, including sponsorship execution, booth logistics, speaker coordination, etc
Experience sourcing and managing external vendors and venues, including AV, production, catering, fabrication, and staffing partners. Comfortable reviewing contracts, negotiating scopes of work, and ensuring vendors deliver to agreed-upon timelines and standards
Conduct market research to identify relevant industry events and networking opportunities
Perform post-event analysis including analyzing attendance, engagement, and pipeline impact to inform future event strategy and demonstrate ROI
Understands Anchorage Digital's strategic goals and integrates them into event planning and goal-setting
Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment of field marketing efforts with overall marketing and business objectives
A proven track record managing third-party events from strategy through execution
Hands on experience with venue sourcing, contract coordination, and vendor management for in-house events
Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
Strong communication skills — written, verbal, and interpersonal — with an ability to collaborate across departments
Experience working in fast-paced environments and managing tight deadlines
Data-driven decision-making capabilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred

You have experience working in event marketing within the crypto, finance, or FinTech industries
You're proficient in Salesforce, Luma, or other event marketing tools
You were emotionally moved by the soundtrack to Hamilton, which chronicles the founding of a new financial system
