Business Analyst
KellyMitchell Group is seeking a Business Analyst to join their team in New York, New York. The role involves identifying and validating Statements of Work for invoicing migration, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring compliance with policies during the onboarding process.

Responsibilities
Identify, review, and validate applicable Statements of Work (SOWs) for invoicing migration
Map resources to SOWs using SAP Fieldglass Worker Profile data
Validate supplier spend, headcount, contract terms, and expiration dates
Complete migration templates with accurate financial and operational data such as: cost centers, budgets, remaining spend, etc. to support Fieldglass and Ariba onboarding
Coordinate with suppliers to confirm invoicing channels and migration readiness
Support supplier onboarding to SAP Fieldglass and SAP Ariba, including collection of W-9s, banking information, and account setup
Assist with communication and execution of Third-Party Administrator (TPA) agreements required for Fieldglass migration
Ensure all migrated vendors and contracts meet TPL policy and invoicing compliance requirements
Track TPA execution and validate alignment between contracting entities and SOWs
Partner with Procurement and Legal (OGC) to review, amend, and align SOWs as needed for system migration
Prepare and deliver completed migration templates to SAP Fieldglass and Ariba system leads
Support testing, data loading, and production readiness for SOW approvals and invoicing
Participate in stand-ups and provide status updates to support prioritization and cross-functional communication
Monitor migration progress and maintain trackers for supplier onboarding, TPA execution, and invoicing migration status
Maintain accurate documentation of migration activities for TPL reporting and governance dashboards
Provide regular (weekly) status updates to the Contract Migration Lead and/or Project Manager
Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and support resolution efforts
Qualification
Required
Strong analytical skills with experience in data validation, reconciliation, and reporting
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage suppliers and internal stakeholders
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working with tracking tools, templates, and structured data
Knowledge of procurement operations, contract management, and compliance requirements
Experience supporting procurement, sourcing, or contract operations teams
Exposure to large-scale system migrations or process transformation initiatives
Familiarity with SAP Fieldglass and/or SAP Ariba or demonstrated ability to learn enterprise systems quickly
Understanding of third-party labor policies and invoicing workflows
