Responsibilities
Develop expertise in Protectowire products, including technical features, applications, benefits, and competitive positioning
Serve as the go-to technical expert for complex questions from customers, distributors, and the sales team
Develop and maintain product documentation, including user manuals, spec sheets, training guides, and FAQs
Deliver internal and external training sessions to ensure understanding and adoption of product offerings
Support the sales & marketing team to provide product-specific content for campaigns, trade shows, events, and go-to-market initiatives
Support new product launches through cross-functional planning, communication, and execution
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of applicable fire detection technologies, regulations, and industry requirements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a related field required, such as Fire Science, Fire Protection, Engineering, Business, Emergency Management, or a similar discipline
1–5 years of professional experience, preferably in product management, product marketing, sales, engineering, or technical support roles
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex technical topics to varied audiences
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and customer insights
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Team player with a collaborative mindset and a passion for solving problems and delivering value to customers
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred
Prior experience in fire detection, life safety, or building systems industries a plus
Experience with CRM, ERP, and product lifecycle management tools a plus
