The Packaging and Quality Co-Op will support the process of bringing beauty products from concept to shelf, working closely with developers and project managers while gaining practical experience in the cosmetics and consumer goods industries.

Responsibilities

Review and route production against Standards with quality leader oversight
Manage quality trackers
Prepare monthly reports with quality director
Work with suppliers, and cross functional team members to drive project to completion
Participate in internal audits, documenting findings and supporting corrective actions
Engage in continuous improvement initiatives—analyzing product performance, resolving deviations and non-conformances
Some travel to help with inspections and rework projects

Required

Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, preferably but not limited to Packaging, Chemical and Mechanical
Knowledge of Microsoft Office required
Strong communication skills and attention to details
Ability to prioritize, multi-task and handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently and with a team
Flexibility and willingness to take on additional responsibilities when needed
