Responsibilities
Greet all guests with a friendly, calm, and professional demeanor
Manage appointment bookings, confirmations, and cancellations efficiently
Check guests in and out, process payments, and handle billing inquiries
Provide knowledgeable recommendations on spa treatments and retail products
Maintain a clean, organized, and tranquil front desk and lobby area
Support the spa team in ensuring a seamless and relaxing guest experience
Promote wellness and self-care through thoughtful communication and service
Qualification
Required
Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer service role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
A calm, composed presence with a passion for wellness and guest care
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, service-focused environment
Must have current Alcohol server certification and/or food service permit as required by local or state government agency
Performs other job duties as required
Preferred
spa or hospitality experience preferred
Comfortable using booking and POS systems is a plus
