Manager, Integrated Brand Marketing
IHG Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Manager for Integrated Brand Marketing to develop and implement marketing plans that enhance brand awareness. The role involves collaboration with various teams to execute marketing strategies and track campaign performance for optimization.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute 360 integrated marketing plans across paid, owned, and earned channels (regionally and globally)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on integrated marketing plans, including Omni-Channel Marketing, Paid Media, Creative Services, PR, Social, Brand Strategy, and Analytics
Manage cross-functional teams, agencies and vendors to ensure timely and effective campaign execution
Track campaign performance, analyze data and metrics, and provide recommendations for campaign optimizations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or a relevant field of work or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience
Five to seven years of progressive work-related experience with demonstrated proficiency in multiple disciplines/processes related to the position, including brand marketing or campaign management
Demonstrated marketing experience in organizing, planning, and executing small- to large-scale campaigns from conception through implementation
Ability to work cross-functionally and translate business objectives and strategy into marketing campaigns
Excellent organizational and communication skills with extreme attention to detail, accuracy and accountability
