Responsibilities
Answer a high volume of incoming calls and emails from customers and service technicians
Dispatch service technicians and communicate job details, locations, and priorities
Support a team of field service personnel across multiple locations
Create and manage service orders and purchase orders within a service management system
Update and maintain the dispatch board and technician schedules
Perform meticulous data entry when creating service tickets and maintenance agreements
Review weekly technician timesheets for accuracy
Generate reports, enter notes, and maintain organized dispatch and service records
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure service requests are properly dispatched
Assist with scheduling and prioritizing service calls based on urgency and customer needs
Qualification
Required
1 + years of dispatch experience
Strong customer service and communication skills
Excellent organizational, logistics, and prioritization abilities
High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
