Responsibilities
Work with the development and business teams to prioritize, schedule, and staff projects to execute on our vision
Be a hands-on technical leader and contribute to tools and automated tests
Help manage our CI/CD deployment pipeline and infrastructure as well as our status reporting and dashboards
Provide enhancement of Cboe’s superior technology and ensuring industry leading performance
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or other related field or equivalent experience
At least 7 years of QA experience is required, with recent and demonstrable experience creating automated test cases, and coding and enhancing test frameworks
Experience with Cucumber BDD framework
Experience with Selenium or other UI automation tools
Python development or scripting experience or a working knowledge of another scripting or programming language and a willingness to learn Python
Strong experience in object-oriented design and programming techniques
Understanding database platforms such as: PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle, and document DB like MongoDB. A working knowledge of SQL is necessary
Experience with Unix/Linux hardware/software engineering environments and applicable Unix/shell scripting
Experience working in a continuous integration environment and with tools such as Jenkins or Bamboo
Preferred
Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle, and document DB like MongoDB
Experience with Git, Subversion, or other version control tools
Experience with the Atlassian tool set
Experience working in financial markets and knowledge of clearing, trade processing or market data protocols
