Responsibilities
Serve as the technical subject matter expert (SME) for ADP Workforce Now across consulting projects and recurring outsourced payroll clients
Act as the primary escalation point for complex WFN technical and payroll issues
Troubleshoot and resolve advanced system configuration and payroll challenges, coordinating with ADP as needed
Advise internal teams and clients on system capabilities, configurations, and module interdependencies
Support payroll-related projects and contribute to documentation, best practices, and continuous process improvements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, statistics, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
5–7 years of payroll and technical experience with ADP Workforce Now
Advanced expertise with the WFN Payroll module, including ADP AutoPay/CCI and complex payroll configurations (e.g., special calculations, special compensation, cafeteria plans, FLSA overtime)
Strong understanding of WFN module interdependencies, including Onboarding, Recruiting, Benefits, Compensation, Performance, and Reporting
Experience supporting vendor integrations, including insurance and retirement carriers, and API connections
Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex payroll and system configuration issues
Preferred
ADP Workforce Now certification
Payroll certification (CPP or FPC)
Prior consulting experience
