Orthopedic Program Coordinator
Baptist Health System KY & IN is seeking an Orthopedic Program Coordinator who will provide clinical and administrative leadership for the Orthopedic Service Line Program. The role involves supporting clinical staff and managing the orthopedic patient population through the continuum of care, including program development and compliance with accreditation requirements.

Responsibilities
Serves as a clinical leader, change agent, and clinical resource. Assists in the management of patient care needs, operational issues, and resource recommendations
Assumes a leadership role in orthopedic program development in facilitating change to enhance delivery of services and to develop evidence-based practice
Analyzes and interprets data that facilitates clinical practice patterns, actively participates in areas for process improvement, and implementation of solutions that positively influence patient outcomes
Participates in clinical research and evidence based practice
Qualification
Required
Current KY License in Nursing (RN)
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required
Two years of job-related experience required
Experience in quality/performance improvement systems, statistical processes, or data analysis
Must obtain MSN within Three (3) Years
Must obtain Orthopedics certification within Two (2) Years
Preferred
Master's Degree
