Required

Basic Safety Training (BST) certification from the Global Wind Organization (GWO)

2-3 years of experience in transferrable mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical work
safety-focused mindset
ability to work in a team environment
positive attitude
ability to identify solutions to issues with process of elimination
