Responsibilities

Manage case files, maintain accurate records, and track deadlines and milestones throughout the life of arbitration and mediation matters
Schedule hearings and conference calls, prepare and distribute panelist lists, and support assigned panelists with administrative needs tied to active cases
Serve as a point of contact for clients, panelists, and internal teams by responding to inquiries and resolving routine case‑related issues
Use case management systems and internal tools to support case workflows, learn ADR procedures, and assist with general administrative tasks as needed

Required

4+ years of experience in case management, legal operations, or legal client‑service roles
