Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end CDP architecture with emphasis on customer identity resolution and unification
Design and manage identity graphs, golden customer records, and matching strategies (deterministic & probabilistic)
Build and optimize scalable BigQuery-based data pipelines (batch and near real-time) on GCP
Establish best practices for data modeling, ingestion, transformation, and performance optimization
Ensure data quality, lineage, observability, privacy, and regulatory compliance (GDPR, CCPA)
Partner with Marketing, Analytics, Product, and Engineering teams to deliver CDP-driven solutions
Mentor data engineers and guide CDP roadmap and platform evolution
Qualification
Required
Hands-on experience with MarTech platforms and at least one CDP: Adobe RT-CDP, Salesforce Data Cloud, Treasure Data, Tealium, Twilio Segment, or Amperity
Strong background in Retail / MarTech data ecosystems
Expertise in BigQuery and GCP data services
Experience handling PII, consent management, and data governance
