Responsibilities

Responsible for overall coordination of patient flow and services delivered to clients; works collaboratively with all members of the health care team
Actively manages patient flow throughout the hospital, participates in clinical assessments as indicated, facilitates patient hand-offs and provides supervision to hospital staff on duty
Monitors implementation of strategic quality improvement process as assigned
Has the authority and responsibility for administrative decisions and appropriate notification of administrators in the absence of the Hospital Administrator and/or designee

Required

At least three years' experience in direct patient care required
Active RN License in the state of Montana
BLS is required
Demonstrated ability to manage for results in key areas such as clinical quality, service excellence, people management, and financial management
