Responsibilities
Provide functional and technical support for Oracle Fusion Financials, SCM, Procurement, Product Management, and PPM
Configure modules, analyze business processes, and implement scalable solutions aligned with best practices
Troubleshoot production issues, manage Service Requests with Oracle Support, and meet SLA requirements
Support month-end and year-end close activities
Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using OTBI and BI Publisher
Support integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and REST APIs
Participate in system enhancements, upgrades, testing, and deployments
Deliver ad-hoc user training and maintain functional documentation
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Finance, Computer Science, or related field
3-5 years of experience supporting or implementing Oracle Fusion Cloud
Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion Financials, SCM, and PPM modules
Experience with OTBI, BI Publisher, and Oracle reporting tools
Familiarity with OIC, APIs, and integration best practices
Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills
Preferred
Oracle Cloud ERP certifications
