Remote Experience Specialist

Responsibilities

Provide real-time assistance via phone, chat, email, and interactive teller machines (ITMs), ensuring members feel heard, valued, and supported
Approach every interaction with empathy, professionalism, and patience while maintaining accuracy and urgency
Listen actively to understand member needs, resolve inquiries on the first contact whenever possible, and educate members on digital services and financial solutions
Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments through ITMs, ensuring accuracy and security
Help members navigate new technologies confidently, addressing concerns and promoting benefits
Identify opportunities to improve members' financial well-being through tailored product recommendations
Work closely with team members and other departments, share feedback, and engage in ongoing training and development

Qualification

Required

High school diploma or GED
1–2 years of customer service experience
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
Comfort with technology and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
Basic personal finance knowledge

Preferred

Financial institution experience
Bi-lingual
