InternBlue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota is committed to transforming healthcare and is seeking an Intern for their Sales Technology team. The intern will support the analysis and optimization of sales platforms, using data analytics skills to evaluate performance and drive strategy.

Responsibilities
Perform data cleanup across three disconnected systems, ensuring accuracy and alignment of shared data fields
Organize and analyze data using strong Excel skills, including advanced functions, pivot tables, and complex spreadsheet management
Collaborate with the Sales team to gain broader exposure across Sales and Sales Technology functions
Follow a structured project plan outlining data sources, cleanup workflows, and validation steps
Work with subject matter experts (SMEs) to analyze datasets, verify data accuracy, and identify discrepancies
Update records directly in designated databases when appropriate or route required changes to authorized teams based on security privileges
Partner with fellow interns to coordinate tasks and collectively complete data cleanup deliverables
Gain exposure to various data types, systems, and tools used within the Sales Technology ecosystem
Observe how the Sales Technology team collaborates with cross‑functional partners across the organization
Support additional project work and ad‑hoc tasks as assigned
Qualification
Required
Must be enrolled in an educational program for the duration of the internship
Completed at least one year (2 semesters or credits equivalent) by the start of the internship
Undergraduate degree in Data Science or Data Analytics
Professional demeanor, positive attitude, and a customer service orientation
Willingness to take initiative and learn new concepts and technical skills
Ability to work in a hybrid environment, including being on-site at least 2 days per week
