Responsibilities
Leading and supervising maintenance technicians on shift
Troubleshooting pharma process and fill/finish equipment, including:
Fill/finish lines (vial, bag, PFS)
Autoclaves and isolators
Formulation and filtration systems
Prioritizing work, reducing downtime, and supporting PM execution
Ensuring maintenance activities meet GMP, safety, and quality standards
Training and mentoring technicians
Supporting equipment startups, commissioning, and contractors as needed
Qualification
Required
5–6+ years of pharmaceutical manufacturing maintenance experience
Prior shift or team leadership experience
Strong hands-on troubleshooting background in sterile or fill/finish environments
Comfort working in GMP-regulated manufacturing operations
Willingness to work rotating shifts in a 24/7 facility
