Responsibilities

Develop Architectural Designs: Work with firm leadership to develop innovative, functional architectural designs that respond to client needs and comply with applicable codes and regulations
Revit Modeling: Create and maintain detailed Revit models, including drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, and details that accurately reflect project design and documentation standards
Technical Detailing: Apply a solid understanding of materials and construction methods to architectural detailing
Consultant Coordination: Coordinate consultant scopes, ensuring integration of building systems and resolving design-related issues
Visualization & Presentation: Produce compelling design presentations and high-quality renderings using Enscape, Adobe Creative Suite, and other tools to effectively communicate design concepts to clients and project teams

Required

Professional degree in Architecture from an accredited university (B.Arch or M.Arch)
4-8 years of professional experience, including involvement in all phases of design, technical details and construction
Strong and thoughtful design capabilities with skillful presentation abilities
Proficient in Revit is required; experience with Sketchup and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In-Design)
Skilled in architectural visualization and rendering techniques
Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to time management and meeting deadlines
Self-motivated and proactive, with a positive, team-oriented mindset
Must be authorized to work in the U.S

Preferred

Experience with cultural, theater, or performing arts projects is strongly preferred but not required
Preference will be given to candidates who have played a central role in the design and construction of at least two institutional projects
