Supervisory IT Specialist (Systems Analysis)
USAJOBS is seeking a Supervisory IT Specialist (Systems Analysis) for the Department of Health & Human Services. In this role, you will serve as a technical expert and advisor on data management issues related to provider enrollment systems, overseeing projects that address strategic goals and objectives of HHS and CMS.

Responsibilities
Plan work to be accomplished by subordinates, sets and adjusts short-term priorities, and prepares schedules for completion of work
Oversee complex projects and initiatives designed to address HHS and CMS Strategic Plan goals and objectives related to leveraging data and IT in combating program fraud, waste, and abuse
Direct and manage collaboration with CMS program experts, partners, and stakeholders to ensure business processes and business requirements are sufficiently documented to achieve specific outcomes
Ensure that the Division's work supports CMS' and HHS' strategic plans, mission, vision and values
Direct or personally coordinate full lifecycle systems and data support including requirements, capacity planning, system integration, and systems security

Your resume (limited to no more than 2 pages) must include detailed information as it relates to the responsibilities and specialized experience for this position
In order to qualify for the GS-15, you must demonstrate in your resume at least one year (52 weeks) of qualifying specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14 grade level in the Federal government, obtained in either the private or public sector, to include: 1) Planning and implementing new and improved information systems to meet customers' business requirements; AND 2) Reviewing the work of and providing technical guidance to other systems analysts, business analysts, or solutions architects; AND 3) Managing the work of IT contractors to ensure their work meets technical, schedule, and cost requirements as a Contracting Officer's Representative, Business Function Lead, IT program manager, or related project leader
Have IT related experience, demonstrated by paid or unpaid experience obtained in either the private or public sector, and/or completion of specific, intensive training that demonstrates that I possess each of the following four competencies: 1) Attention to Detail - is thorough when performing work and conscientious about attending to detail; 2) Customer Service - Works with clients and customers to assess their needs, provide information or assistance, resolve their problems, or satisfy their expectations; 3) Oral Communication - Expresses information to individuals or groups effectively; 4) Problem Solving - identifies problems; determines accuracy and relevance of information; uses sound judgment to generate and evaluate alternatives, and to make recommendations
Time-in-Grade: To be eligible, current Federal employees must have served at least 52 weeks (one year) at the next lower grade level from the position/grade level(s) to which they are applying
