Responsibilities

Collaborates with leadership to manage, strengthen, and grow relationships with current and prospective employer partners in support of student and alumni career outcomes
Identifies, cultivates, and sustains new employer partnerships that align with the university's mission, institutional priorities, and emerging academic strengths
May lead assigned employer outreach staff to strategically expand Kennesaw State University's employer network and support coordinated employer engagement efforts
Serves as the primary liaison to an assigned staff, providing strategic guidance through individual consultations, team meetings, performance management, and targeted professional development to support academic unit and employer partnership development
Engages and collaborates with faculty and academic administrators to remain informed of academic trends, workforce needs, and programmatic priorities, ensuring employer engagement strategies are aligned with academic goals
Conducts strategic employer outreach to Georgia-based and national employers that align with Kennesaw State University's evolving academic strengths and workforce priorities
Provides consultation and guidance to employer partners seeking engagement opportunities across the university, ensuring coordinated, high-impact employer involvement with students, alumni, faculty, and staff

Required

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution of higher education
Current, valid, and unrestricted driver's license
