Responsibilities

Build and manage strategic partnerships with Databricks and Microsoft
Define and lead the firm’s Databricks and Microsoft Fabric practice
Architect and deliver enterprise-scale cloud data platforms
Hire, mentor, and lead data engineers, architects, and consultants
Partner with sales to shape and close data & AI consulting engagements
Lead executive-level presentations, workshops, and technical discovery sessions
Develop proposals, SOWs, and implementation roadmaps
Ensure delivery quality, performance optimization, and best practices
Monitor emerging trends across cloud data platforms and AI

Required

7–9+ years in data engineering, cloud platforms, and technical consulting
Proven leadership of Databricks and Microsoft Fabric implementations
Direct experience in pre-sales / consultative selling (solution design, SOWs)
Strong enterprise architecture and delivery background
Track record of building and leading high-performing technical teams
Ability to clearly articulate business value to executive audiences
Ownership of a growing Data & AI practice
Remote-first role (U.S.)
High visibility with stakeholders and enterprise clients

Preferred

Startup or high-growth consulting experience preferred
