Responsibilities
Provide a world-class customer service experience for our customers by answering questions and diffusing frustrations
Build trust with customers and provide quality results in an efficient manner by quickly navigating multiple software programs, windows applications, and search engines
Has top-notch listening skills allowing him/her to understand the issue and troubleshoot resolutions
Process new Remote Deposit applications and maintain accurate records
Assist customer with Remote Deposit Scanner install and continued support for scanner issues
Perform annual Remote Deposit reviews
Process new ACH Origination applications and maintain accurate records
Process ACH Origination files, verifying totals are accurate and authorization is received
Pull and review various ACH reports
Perform annual ACH reviews
Process new Positive Pay applicants and maintain accurate records
Process new Lockbox applicants and maintain accurate records
Review daily lockbox deposits
Handle Lockbox deposit issues as necessary
Verify monthly Lockbox invoice and enter Analysis fees for customers
Handle treasury management maintenance including but not limited to user and account changes
Primary for maintaining accurate Account Analysis records and handling special requests
Input deposit account maintenance/changes as requested
Handle various types of telephone inquiries from internal and external customers, including but not limited to general account inquiries, telephone transfers, debit card issues, stop payments, statement issues, provide education on complex issues, self-resolutions and offer value-added services
Handle various reports and customer correspondence as assigned by manager
Perform responsibilities as assigned in the Disaster Recovery Plan
