5+ years expInternational Search Consultants is seeking a Treasury & Compliance Manager to step into a high-impact role within a growing, multi-entity organization. This position blends hands-on treasury and accounting work with real people leadership and enterprise-level responsibility.
Recruiting
Responsibilities
Own treasury operations, including cash management, banking relationships, FX activity, and cash forecasting
Lead and develop a high-performing accounting team, setting clear expectations and driving accountability
Strengthen internal controls, compliance frameworks, and fraud prevention efforts
Oversee corporate insurance programs and support audits and regulatory requirements
Play a hands-on role in month-end close, reconciliations, and treasury reporting
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
5+ years of accounting and/or treasury experience, including 3+ years of people leadership
Strong knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, and compliance
Experience with banking platforms, cash forecasting, and FX transactions
Comfort working in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Dynamics, etc.)
Preferred
CPA, CTP or audit experience a plus
