Responsibilities
Own operational performance across multiple sites or business units, with accountability for KPIs, margins, and execution quality
Lead transformation initiatives that improve efficiency, standardization, and scalability
Implement KPI frameworks, dashboards, and operating cadences to drive visibility and accountability
Strengthen quality and compliance systems in regulated or mission-critical environments
Partner cross-functionally with engineering, project delivery, and commercial teams
Support integration of acquisitions, new sites, or new service lines as the company scales
Develop leaders, build bench strength, and foster a culture of continuous improvement
Champion Lean, OpEx, and data-driven decision-making practices
Qualification
Required
15+ years in operations, manufacturing, technical services, or engineering-led organizations
Demonstrated P&L ownership and EBITDA improvement
Track record of leading multi-site or regional operations
Experience in regulated industries (energy, aerospace, industrial, infrastructure, or similar)
Strong exposure to quality systems and operational governance
Proven success in transformation, turnaround, or rapid-growth environments
Executive presence with the ability to influence at all levels
Preferred
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or similar OpEx background
Experience implementing ERP/BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
MBA or advanced technical degree is a plus
