The Sales Development Representative will make high-volume outbound calls to generate new business, build relationships with business owners, and manage leads in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Make high-volume outbound calls to generate new business
Own the front end of the sales cycle
Build relationships with business owners nationwide
Identify client needs and match them with financial solutions
Manage leads, follow-ups, and daily activity in a fast-paced environment
Collaborate with internal teams to close deals
Qualification
Required
No experience required
Recent grads or career starters eager to break into sales
Competitive, driven, and goal-oriented personalities
Comfortable on the phone and willing to hustle
Strong time management and organization skills
