Qualification
Required
High school or equivalent
Customer Service: 1 year
Key holder experience: 1 year
Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Computer skills
Timekeeping
Excellent organizational skills
Able to utilize multi-line phone
Strong communication skills
Able to lift 40 lbs
Able to stand for up to 8 hours a day
Able to handle dogs on leashes
Display professional manner at all times
Preferred
1 year customer service experience preferred
