Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end CDP architecture, with a primary focus on customer unification and identity resolution
Define and govern identity resolution frameworks, including deterministic and probabilistic matching
Design and maintain enterprise-scale identity graphs and golden customer records
Establish best practices for: Data modeling, Ingestion and transformation, Customer unification on BigQuery
Lead architectural decisions for batch and near real-time data pipelines
Lead development of scalable, high-performance data pipelines using BigQuery and GCP services
Ensure data quality, consistency, lineage, and observability across customer datasets
Optimize BigQuery performance and cost efficiency
Oversee integrations with: Marketing platforms, Analytics tools, Activation and engagement channels
Partner with Marketing, Analytics, Product, and Engineering teams to translate business needs into CDP solutions
Act as a technical mentor and reviewer for data engineering and CDP team members
Drive alignment on customer identity standards across platforms
Provide technical guidance on CDP roadmap, enhancements, and platform evolution
Define and enforce data governance, privacy, and consent management standards
Ensure compliant handling of PII and adherence to regulations such as GDPR and CCPA
Establish strong documentation and knowledge-sharing practices for identity logic and data flows
Qualification
Required
Hands-on experience with MarTech platforms and at least one Customer Data Platform (CDP)

Strong background in Retail / MarTech environments
Experience operating at a Manager / Lead Data Engineer level
