Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with the team to rapidly gather requirements from leadership and stakeholders, translate those requirements into concrete proposals and implement them
Work closely with stakeholders and data scientists to rapidly discover various workflows within the customer service functions and translate them into AI Workflows, either user ML/Agentic AI approaches or capturing the workflows based on discussions with the SMEs
The workflows have to validated by collaborating with various stakeholders and SMEs
The workflows have to be translated into a format that is fit for consumption by Agentic AI solutions
The workflows have to implemented into Agentic AI solutions
Performance Measurement
Gather feedback from stakeholders and continuously improve the solution
Qualification
Required
SQL/Bigquery/GCP
Python
Prompt Engineering
Hands on experience with SOTA LLMs
Langraph/LangChain
Knowledge management using RAGs/GraphRAGs
Vector Databases
A B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, AI, or a related field
3+ years in AI/ML engineering
1+ years specifically focused on agentic AI or GenAI applications
