Responsibilities
Design, develop, and support tooling that enables engineering teams to deliver software aligned with high-assurance development processes
Partner with continuous integration platforms and underlying infrastructure to meet objectives set by software systems engineering stakeholders
Collaborate with technical leads to gather tooling requirements, establish delivery timelines, and automate workflows, including generation of operational and business metrics
Participate in peer code reviews and contribute to incident retrospectives to improve long-term reliability and system resilience
Qualification
Required
Strong proficiency in modern C++ standards (C++11 through C++17), including expertise in memory management, concurrency, and debugging techniques
Hands-on development experience using Bazel, Python, React, and TypeScript, along with responsibility for configuring and maintaining backend systems such as databases, web services, and automation scripts
Ability to quickly create scripts and utilities to automate workflows, including metrics generation, traceability, and reporting tasks
Comfortable working in an experimental, research-driven environment with an iterative, fail-fast mindset
Extensive experience supporting and deploying software at enterprise scale, including understanding common reliability and deployment challenges
