Service Technician – Technology Products
Stallion Infrastructure Services is seeking a Service Technician I to execute the setup, installation, and repair of electronic communication and surveillance systems. This role involves providing field support for technology products and requires hands-on technical skills and strong troubleshooting abilities.

Responsibilities
Install, configure, and repair communication systems. Including: mobile cellular communications equipment, wireless network products, and satellite equipment (e.g., PBX, modems, routers, satellite terminals, and hard-wired connections)
Support maintenance and repair of surveillance systems including IP cameras, NVRs, and supporting powered components
Configure and troubleshoot network, telephony, and satellite terminal-related systems
Perform routine maintenance and system checks; complete field retrofits and upgrades
Communicate job progress and issues to customers, project managers, and management
Crosstrain and collaborate with additional field operations as required
Qualification

Knowledge of basic networking concepts and low-voltage systems
Familiarity with various Video Management Systems (VMS) and IP-based cameras
Ability to work independently or with minimal remote guidance
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail and strong customer service orientation
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and travel as needed
Training from a two-year vocational or technical program or equivalent field experience
1–2 years of experience in surveillance, communications, or related low-voltage installation work
