RECORDS SPECIALIST
The Florida Department of Corrections is responsible for managing and preserving the Department's records. They are seeking a Records Specialist to handle records management tasks, including auditing and retrieving files.

Responsibilities
Records Management of Personnel/Classification/ Medical Files in both electronic and paper format
Work with an inventory of over 1,000,000 paper files stored in two warehouses
Retrieve files upon requests
Audit and log inactive record into Records Management Systems upon receipt
Qualification
Required
Must possess a high school diploma or its equivalent
Must possess a valid driver's license
Must be able to lift 40lbs
Must be able to become a certified forklift operator
