Senior Specialist, Oracle HCM Functional Consultant
KPMG is a leading advisory firm currently seeking a Senior Specialist, Oracle HCM Functional Consultant to join their Managed Services practice. The role involves supporting Oracle Cloud HCM functional activities, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and managing client communications to ensure effective service delivery.

Responsibilities
Support Oracle Cloud HCM functional activities across Core HR/Global HR, Compensation, Time & Labor, Talent Management, ORC, Help Desk, and Health & Safety, including troubleshooting, break/fix resolution, and optimization initiatives
Participate in cross functional collaboration to analyze issues, recommend solutions, and deliver system enhancements while coordinating with offshore team members as needed
Gather and document business requirements using KPMG approved templates, configure updates, develop and execute test scenarios, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Assist with quarterly release testing by executing assigned test scripts, reviewing newly released functionality, and identifying impacts or recommendations for client adoption
Maintain documentation, ticket progression, and client communication within KPMG's ServiceNow system in alignment with ITSM/ITIL practices
Manage assigned work across multiple clients, ensuring timely response, prioritization, and resolution of functional support requests
Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
Qualification
Required
Minimum three years of recent Oracle Cloud HCM functional experience supporting modules such as Core HR/Global HR, Compensation, Time & Labor, Talent Management, ORC, Help Desk, and Health & Safety
Strong functional understanding of HCM business processes, organizational structures, security, and data workflows
Ability to translate business requirements into Oracle Cloud configurations and test scripts with attention to detail and accuracy
Strong verbal/written communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to support multiple clients simultaneously and prioritize work in an ITIL aligned service delivery environment
Travel may be required based on client engagement needs
