Responsibilities
Assist with tournament planning, registration, scheduling, and team communication
Support on-site operations during events: setup, signage, check-in, and real-time logistics
Help manage tournament emails and respond to team inquiries professionally and promptly
Track registrations, payments, and documentation accurately
Coordinate with referees, vendors, and staff for smooth execution
Represent CRYSC values in every interaction — on and off the field
Qualification
Required
Reliable, organized, and team-oriented
A strong communicator — both written and verbal
Comfortable with customer-facing interactions and multitasking
Tech-savvy and able to learn scheduling and registration platforms
Passionate about sports, soccer, or youth development
