Experienced executive recruiters and business development hunters
Comfortable opening doors with hiring managers and executives
Proven ability to generate new client relationships
Strong phone presence and persistence
Understands consultative selling, not transactional recruiting
Proven track record filling mid-to-executive level roles
Strong candidate sourcing, screening, and closing skills
Experience managing full-cycle searches
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-driven
Entrepreneurial mindset – treats recruiting like a business
Preferred
Executive search, contingency, or retained recruiting experience
Accounting, finance, manufacturing, engineering, or leadership recruiting experience
