Responsibilities
Drafting healthcare-specific and service-related agreements
Tracking the performance, invoicing, timesheets, renewals and terminations of the same
Compliance reporting
Managing/tracking any fair market value analysis requirements
Preparing annual budgets for physician expenses
Working with Risk Management, other departments, and outside counsel, as needed relating to any physician-related and service agreement inquiries
Qualification
Required
The candidate should have a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Accounting, Nursing, Supply Chain or related field
Two to five years' experience in health law or regulatory compliance
Strong interpersonal verbal communication and proficient writing skills are required
Advanced proficiency skill level with computer-based analytical tools such as Excel and other database applications
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite applications (Word, Outlook, Powerpoint)
Preferred
An MBA, MHA, or other healthcare or compliance-related degree is preferred
Knowledge and experience with negotiating and implementing contracts as well as an understanding of healthcare related laws and regulations such as Stark, Anti-Kick Back, fraud and abuse and similar laws is strongly preferred
Knowledge related to the use of Oracle's Peoplesoft software is preferred
