Task Force- Luxury Hotel Sales / Catering / Convention Services Managers
Strategic Solution Partners (SSP) is searching for Luxury Taskforce Sales, Catering Sales and Convention Services Managers with high-end hotel experience. This role involves providing temporary management support during management vacancies and engaging in proactive sales efforts to achieve revenue goals and guest satisfaction.

Director of Sales taskforce professionals are business partners responsible for proactive and reactive sales efforts of the sales team and management of all market segments and services for all sales accounts
Sales Managers taskforce professionals are business partners responsible for proactive and reactive sales efforts and manage sales accounts for specified market segments to achieve guest satisfaction
Proactively involved in the solicitation of past accounts and prospect of all new sales business to ensure sales team’s revenue goals are exceeded
Responsible for engaging in total Hotel revenue and yield strategies. The position shares responsibility for achieving revenue goals and guest satisfaction
Work with sales team to ensure all events are properly detailed, BEO’s, resumes and floor plans are accurately completed, and proper service is provided to satisfy all guest needs
Assimilate and organize information quickly to execute proactive sales activities
Examine and interpret data to identify improved revenue performance
Qualification
Required
Sales experience with high-end, luxury properties
Proficient in a variety of hotel sales software to include but not limited to; CI/TY, Envision, Delphi fdc
A minimum of 5 years of RECENT successful luxury hotel management experience
Possess a maturity and professional disposition to operate in our clients' dynamic environments
Ability to travel 100% of time
Creative and innovative problem solver
Strong management skills and a proactive approach to supporting hotel needs
Ability to adapt quickly and perform under high expectations
Ability to communicate effectively and work under pressure
Ability to meet deadlines and embrace ongoing change
Requires excellent organization, time management, interpersonal skills
Must be an ambitious self-starter with a desire to learn
Knowledge of a hotel structure and how all departments interact
