Own product roadmap for banking and financial integrations
Design and prototype banking features (payments, compliance, flows) using AI tools
Write high-fidelity specs that humans and AI agents execute
Make real-time architectural decisions and validate AI-generated code
Partner with legal, compliance, and ops on regulatory requirements
Communicate primarily through memos and docs, not meetings
Qualification
Required
5+ years engineering experience in banking or fintech (non-negotiable)
3+ years in product, business, ops, or hybrid roles
Strong understanding of distributed systems and APIs
Ability to prototype and review AI-generated code
Preferred
Founder or side-project experience
Shipped developer-facing products or APIs
Long-form writing (10k+ word docs, specs, essays)
Obsession with precision in language
Actively experimenting with AI tools to build software
Experience at least one fast growing Fintech or LegalTech startup
