InternCredit One Bank is looking for a Risk CX Analytics Intern to focus on supporting data driven initiatives that enhance customer experience. The intern will assist with data gathering and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Responsibilities
Assist in gathering and analyzing customer attributes data from various sources across the organization
Help prepare and communicate findings and recommendations to senior management
Collaborate with the CX Analytics team on Ad hoc projects aimed at improving customer experience
Support the development and validation of CX reports and models
Data Gathering and Preparation: Collect, clean, and organize data for analysis, ensuring accuracy and consistency across datasets
Analysis: Conduct detailed analyses to uncover trends, patterns, and insights within the data that can inform customer experience strategies
Validation and Reporting: Communicate with CX teams to review and refine analysis to ensure insights extracted from analysis are accurate and actionable
Stakeholder Communication: Prepare and deliver presentations, effectively communicating analysis results and recommendations to senior management
Special Projects: Participate in ad hoc projects aimed at enhancing a specific component of the customer experience, applying analytical techniques and creative problem-solving
Work in a highly collaborative environment with others, fostering cross-functional partnerships by communicating and coordinating with partners from across the Bank
Qualification
Required
Undergraduate Junior (entering junior year) or Senior (must have one semester/quarter remaining)
Majoring in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field
Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
Base knowledge of data analysis tools such as SAS or SQL
Present in Las Vegas, NV, for the Summer Internship Program: June 8, 2026 – August 14, 2026 (10-weeks at 40 hours a week)
Preferred
Familiarity of Python or R as well as data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
