Responsibilities
Create and maintain branded digital assets, sales collateral, presentations, and marketing materials
Ensure visual consistency, accuracy, and polish across digital, web, and sales-facing content
Identify and correct layout, spacing, formatting, and design inconsistencies
Support digital marketing initiatives including email campaigns, landing pages, and webinars
Support WordPress website updates, landing pages, and site enhancements
Assist with website rebuilds or improvements alongside internal teams or external partners
Work within page builders such as Elementor to implement layouts and content updates
Support HubSpot CRM tasks including forms, lists, workflows, lifecycle stages, and basic automation
Assist with maintaining clean CRM data, documentation, and reporting
Help support marketing and sales funnels from lead capture through handoff to sales
Collaborate closely with sales and marketing to align content, systems, and lead flow
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in a marketing, creative, digital, or related role
Strong visual and design attention to detail
Experience creating polished marketing or sales materials using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) or PowerPoint
Experience working with WordPress; familiarity with Elementor is a plus
Interest in learning CRM platforms, marketing operations, or sales systems
Strong organizational and communication skills
Preferred
Experience working in HubSpot or another CRM or marketing automation platform
Familiarity with email marketing, landing pages, or webinar support
Exposure to sales operations or funnel analytics
Experience in a small, fast-growing organization
