Responsibilities
Will support the claims business process owner team in documenting existing processes as well as developing or enhancing existing processes
Use of Visio to document process mapping and Microsoft Word to draft process documentation for ingestion into client's governance document system
Candidate will help in documenting and refining processes
Plan and design business processes and make recommendations and changes in order to improve and support business systems and activities, and/or to deliver greater effectiveness and efficiency
Develop/advise on policies, standards, risk management, and controls related to relevant processes
Experience in developing and maintaining documentation related to workflow and business processes

Auto claims experience process ownership experience is helpful to include claims routing, Guidewire, auto repair, and liability investigations
