They are seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to work with financial institutions and tech companies to build integrations for their API, enhancing product capabilities and driving growth through partnerships.

Responsibilities
Provide technical consulting and product guidance to banks and other partners integrating Wise, primarily post-sale
Ensure partners deliver the best integration within their constraints for an excellent customer experience
Assist partners in the implementation phase, defining technical solutions and documenting requirements
Support business development by aiding larger partners requiring novel features, including technical scoping and feature design
Participate in feature definition, prioritisation, and long-term strategy planning with the Wise Platform team
Collaborate with Implementation Managers, Product Managers, and Engineers, making product and project decisions
Design and develop new features for Wise services and expose them on the public API when needed
Work on scaling Wise Platform into new regions, overcoming associated challenges
Improve integration experience through documentation, APIs, SDKs, code samples, and reference implementations
Collaborate with the technical presales team to support the sales cycle and secure new partnerships
Enhance internal processes to handle multiple integrations in parallel
Troubleshoot, test, and resolve technical issues, aiding the API support team with complex problems
