Responsibilities
Perform hands-on electrical and environmental testing using lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, network analyzers, and related instrumentation
Define and execute test setups, including creation of block diagrams, bills of materials, and detailed test plans
Design and implement custom test solutions, including load simulators, test fixtures, cabling/harnesses, and Python-based automation scripts
Drive test infrastructure efforts by coordinating with procurement teams and external vendors
Author and present technical materials including Test Plans, Design Reviews, Test Readiness Reviews, and Data Review summaries
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related field
4+ years of relevant professional experience in hardware development or testing
At least 2 years of experience working with electronic systems or components
Background testing electronic hardware in automotive, aerospace, robotics, or similar regulated industries
Experience using hardware design and modeling tools such as Altium and CATIA
