Responsibilities

Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting for Unmanned Systems, with a focus on small Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS)
Disassemble, identify components, and skillfully reassemble electronic systems
Conduct basic electronic repairs following component-safe procedural practices
Document detailed diagnostic findings and write descriptive reports, ensuring delivery within timeline expectations

Required

1+ years of experience relevant experience preferred
Working familiarity and experience with Unmanned Systems, particularly UAS
Competency in electronics disassembly, repair, and reassembly
Proven basic electronics repair skills, adhering to safety protocols and proper procedures
Strong attention to detail and ability to work meticulously under deadlines
Self-motivation and capability to work independently without direct supervision
Effective written communication skills, with the ability to produce descriptive and detailed technical reports
Bachelor's degree in STEM required
Active Secret clearance required. May consider candidates who previously held an active Secret clearance
U.S. Citizenship is required for this position

Preferred

Experience with cybersecurity penetration testing is preferred but not required
