Responsibilities
Support PMO operations by maintaining project documentation, templates, standards, and repositories
Assist with project and portfolio reporting, including schedule, budget, risk, and performance metrics
Assist with data analysis and preparation of dashboards and executive-level summaries
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, capture action items, and track follow-ups
Support process improvement initiatives and adoption of PMO best practices
Provide general administrative and ad hoc support to PMO leadership as needed
Other duties as required
Qualification
Required
At least one year of experience performing administrative activities
At least one year of experience providing customer service
Skill in the use of MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint
Ability to learn new tools, templates, and processes quickly
Strong critical thinking and judgment skills
Ability to organize, analyze, and visualize information
Ability to comprehend complex information and articulate it in an understandable format, both written and verbally
Criminal background investigation including fingerprinting and statewide and national criminal history records check per Section 110.1127 Florida Statutes, Chapter 435 Florida Statutes, and the Federal Bureau of Investigation's CJIS Security Policy CJISD-ITS-DOC-08140-4.5
Ability to sit for extended periods of time
Ability to stand for extended periods of time
Ability to drive and/or fly long distances
Ability to lift, push and pull up to 30lbs
