Responsibilities
Provide Tier 1/2 technical support for classified systems and networks
Perform user account management (Active Directory, LDAP) in secure environments
Assist with system hardening, patching, and vulnerability remediation
Monitor system health and performance using approved tools
Maintain documentation for IT operations and security compliance
Support the implementation of IT policies and procedures
Qualification
Required
Active U.S. Secret (or higher) clearance
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or related field (or equivalent experience/certifications)
Foundational experience with: Windows/Linux server administration
Basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs)
IT support ticketing systems
Ability to follow detailed security protocols (STIGs, RMF)
Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
U.S. Citizenship is required
Preferred
Experience in a DoD or cleared environment
