Full-time Lecturer - Architectural Engineering
California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo (Cal Poly) is inviting applicants for a full-time Lecturer position in Architectural Engineering for the 2025-26 academic year. Qualification
Required
Either a bachelor's degree in structural engineering or a closely related field and extensive industry experience related to building structures and professional licensure, or a master's degree in structural engineering or a closely related field
A demonstrated proficiency in written and oral use of the English language
A demonstrated commitment to student-centered learning and teaching; collaboration in multidisciplinary settings; and evidence of supporting diversity, equity, and inclusion
Preferred
Experience in both the academic environment and structural engineering practice is preferred with either a PhD and a P.E. license, or a master's degree and a structural engineering license
